The mattress is finished in a soft, zipped removable cover which is washable and therefore extends the life of your mattress. All our products are rolled and boxed. Remove the mattress from the box, DO NOT USE ANYTHING SHARP to cut it open. Once opened, please give it a few hours to get rid of all unique foam odour and go back to original size - this can take up to 48 hours. Open mattress within 72hours of receiving it.
